Do I need an account or internet connection?
No. HoldIT Jack works fully offline. There's no sign-up, no login, and no network connection — everything happens on your device.
Will I lose my data when I update the app?
No. Updating from the App Store keeps all of your history, streaks, and badges. Your data is carried forward automatically and is never erased by an update.
How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
Your data comes with you when you set up a new iPhone via Quick Start, or when you restore an encrypted iPhone backup. It transfers as a snapshot taken at setup time, so use one device at a time.
How do I delete all my data?
There's no in-app erase. To permanently remove everything, delete the app from your iPhone — this wipes all sessions, logs, and badges. It can't be recovered afterward unless it was part of a backup you made beforehand.
How do the guided kegel exercises work?
Tap Start guided session on the Today tab for a 15-rep workout (5s squeeze, 3s relax) with on-screen timing. Completing one marks kegels as done for the day and counts toward your totals.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
HoldIT Jack uses local notifications for a daily logging reminder and badge alerts. You can enable or disable them anytime in the iOS Settings app under Notifications → HoldIT Jack.
Can I lock the app for extra privacy?
Yes — iOS lets you lock any app behind Face ID or Touch ID. Touch and hold the HoldIT Jack icon on your Home Screen and choose Require Face ID (iOS 18 or later).
